One question we get asked a lot is whether offset or digital printing is better. And the short answer is it mostly depends on the quantity you need printed and how fast you need it done. Offset printing requires a larger upfront cost of producing plates but has a lower unit cost on large print runs. Digital printing is best for short runs (typically under 2,000 brochures) as there is no upfront cost for plates and has the additional benefit of faster turnaround.

Although standard brochure sizes are more often used to comply with mailing specifications, we can produce any custom size brochures to fit your needs. The choice of brochure size and fold type is best decided with the design and content in mind. You should choose a size that works well with the amount of text and images that you need to incorporate in your brochure. The standard sizes below measure the entire brochure before folding:
2-fold: 8.5” x 11” flat size folds to 4.25” x 11” 3-fold: 8.5” x 11” flat size folds to 2.83” x 11”3-fold: 11” x 17” flat size folds to 5.66” x 11”
4-fold: 8.5” x 14” flat size folds to 8.5” x 3.5”
