Nonprofit Grant Program

It is so important for nonprofits and charities to get their message out there so they can support all the wonderful things that they do for their community. Yet, with these organizations being fundamental to so many people, the cost of communicating and promoting their valuable cause can become expensive.

At Telepathic Graphics, we believe in giving back to the incredible nonprofits that make a difference in our communities. That’s why we created our Nonprofit Grant Program—to help these organizations save on printing and compete for a share of our $30,000 print grant! Here’s how it works:

🔹 Nonprofits can apply for grant funding by sharing how they use (or plan to use) print and direct mail to further their mission.
🔹 Supporters help decide the winners! Each nonprofit adds a special voting button to its website, where visitors can read their story and cast a vote.
🔹 Our grant awards are determined by a combination of votes and a review of each write-in-response by our steering committee.

How to Get Started

Submit Application

Fill out the Nonprofit Application form at the bottom of this page to register for our 2025 Nonprofit Grant Program by December 5th, 2025.

Write To Us

In at least 500 words, submit how your nonprofit uses or plans to use print and direct mail to promote the wonderful things that they do.

You're All Set!

You can encourage your supporter to vote for your nonprofit organization until December 12th, 2025. Grants will be awarded at the beginning of 2026. Don't forget to reapply each year!

The Terms

How do I apply for the Nonprofit Grant Program?

If your organization is an IRS-registered Nonprofit and tax-deductible for donors, like a 501(c)(3) for example, then complete the application form at the end of this page.

1.) We will send an email letting you know your application has been received.

2.) You will need to send in at least 500 words through the application form or to Nonprofits@TelepathicGraphics.com sharing how your nonprofit uses print and direct mail which will be featured and used for voting on our Nonprofit Responses Page. All entries can be edited throughout the year if your organization wishes to do so by emailing your new entry response to Nonprofits@TelepathicGraphics.com

3.) After confirming your eligibility, we will send an email notifying you of your acceptance in the program

4.) Website Link Requirement: All grant applicants and recipients are required to display the provided Telepathic Graphics button link on their website during the year of application and for the following calendar year after receiving the grant. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the grant or future funding opportunities. 5.) The voting form can be found by clicking the link on the bottom of each Nonprofit Response. A steering committee will also review responses which will play a big part in the voting process

Are there any limitations?

For the awarded print grants, reasonable limitations apply. If Telepathic Graphics runs any other promotional offer, the grant funds may not be combined.

Grant money expires December 31 of the year you received the grant, and you must reregister every year for a chance to earn additional grant money. Grants may only be applied to printing costs (mailing services, postage, shipping, tax, etc, are not discounted).

The chance to apply for our 2025 Nonprofit Grant Program will end on December 5, 2025. The chance to vote, will end December 12, 2025. Grants will be awarded the beginning of 2026.

Telepathic Nonprofit Grant Program
