At Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School, print and direct mail are not simply marketing tools, they are mission tools. Our mission is to provide a career-focused, college-preparatory education exclusively to students with limited financial means.

One of the most significant ways we have utilized your company’s services is through the production of our Annual Impact Report, one of the most important documents we produce each year.

Our Impact Report shares measurable outcomes such as college acceptance rates, scholarship dollars earned, and Corporate Work Study experience, while highlighting powerful student success stories that demonstrate true transformation. It provides transparency and accountability to our donors and partners and reinforces our credibility as a high-performing, mission-driven institution committed to lasting results.

Because our model relies heavily on philanthropic support and corporate partnerships, this printed piece is essential. It is mailed to donors, board members, corporate partners, foundations, and prospective supporters. The quality of the printing directly reflects the excellence of our students and the seriousness of our mission.

We have also used print materials for direct mail appeals, event invitations for our auction, luncheons, and corporate appreciation breakfasts, donor stewardship pieces, and program overviews for prospective corporate partners. For many of our major donors and business leaders, receiving a thoughtfully designed, professionally printed piece builds trust and conveys credibility in a way that digital communication alone cannot.

With this grant, we will finally be able to invest in the marketing materials we urgently need to expand two critical areas of our mission:

1. Admissions Growth

To grow this program, we need:

  • Admissions brochures for middle school families
  • Direct mail postcards to targeted neighborhoods and parishes
  • Application reminder mailers
  • College-preparatory program one-pagers

Many of the families we serve respond strongly to printed materials they can hold, share, and revisit. A tangible brochure communicates permanence, legitimacy, and opportunity.

2. Corporate Work Study Expansion

Our Corporate Work Study Program is the engine of our model, students work one day per week in professional settings, earning money toward their tuition while gaining real-world experience.

To grow this program, we need:

  • Professionally printed Corporate Work Study pitch decks
  • Industry-specific one-pagers
  • Direct mail pieces to local business leaders
  • Leave-behind materials for in-person meetings

These materials will help us engage new companies across the Research Triangle region, expand job placements, and ensure sustainable tuition support for our students.

Print and direct mail have helped us build credibility with corporate executives and foundation leaders, increase donor retention and deepen stewardship relationships, and communicate measurable outcomes in a compelling, professional format. They also allow us to reach families who may not engage digitally and to elevate student stories in a way that feels permanent, personal, and meaningful.
